All claims for loss or damage in transit should be made immediately with the
freight carrier. We will make every effort to assist you with your claim, however,
it is the responsibility of a customer to file a claim for loss or damage for
the material lost or damaged in transit.
Non-stock items & Custom Orders:
Non-stock items and custom orders require a 30% deposit up front, balance to
be paid prior to exit factory.
Non-stock items and custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled.
For quotation on Custom Orders (orders require printing and/or special specification),
we need a sample from you.
Return Policy:
Custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled.
No returns will be accepted without our written permission – RTV.
Upon issuance of RTV, we will replace the damaged/defective products. However,
it is against our policy to issue Cash Refund.
All products returned must be in original packaging and returned with freight
prepaid.
Returns after 30 days from invoice will not be accepted.
Cancellation:
Paid deposit will be forfeited.
On top of that, we will bill you for any charges that may have been incurred
up to the time of cancellation. That includes products already manufactured.
Payments:
We accept cash, company cheques (*must be drawn off a Canadian Bank/Hong Kong
Bank), Visa and MasterCard..
International account must pay by credit card/wire transfer/Letter of Credit.
Open account billing (Net 30) may be requested if you have previously placed
several orders with us. Three references with Account Number, Address and Phone
Number are required.
Past Due invoices are subject to a 2% per month interest plus collection costs.
Errors:
We will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions that may have inadvertently
occurred in the production of this catalogue. All such error or omissions are
subject to correction.
